Privacy

You don’t need an account to use Careers, and we don’t ask for your name, email or any other personal details.

What we collect

When you choose your roles, we record your year group and the roles you picked, with a random code so that changing your answers updates the same record. It isn’t linked to you, your device or anything else, and it contains no free text. We use it to understand what students are interested in and which careers to cover next.

We use Plausible for visitor statistics. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you across sites.

What stays on your device

Your shortlist, your year group and your plan ticks are saved in your own browser so they’re there next time. We can’t see them. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Videos

Videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube’s own terms apply when you play one.
